There may be a huge number of food blogs to follow, but here is one that is totally devoted to all the amazing foods to be preserved and enjoyed.
From the same stock as my late aunt Beryl, author of Let’s Preserve It, I shall also endeavour to seek out and offer up advice on the growing and sourcing of produce, the preparation and preserving, on the how to and where to go about it and, mainly, how to enjoy and have fun mastering some wonderful and new combinations.
